Fairfield Inn & Suites Baltimore BWI Airport

The attitude of this one worker at the front desk was unacceptable. She acted as if I did something wrong when I asked about an extra $360.00 I was charged when I clearly paid before my stay. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she would have them contact me about the extra charge. No one ever contacted me and when I spoke to the next person on the shift, she told me that she would get a message to the manager and would refund my money within 3 to 5 business days. I could have went off on that staff but I kept a level head about it and am waiting on my refund. She asked for my card for incidentals, but charged $360.00. Otherwise our stay was amazing.

Staff was friendly. Shuttle easy to schedule. Family-friendly. Breakfast had a gluten free muffin and fresh fruit. Coffee was plentiful. 11 minute walk to 1 bus line. 30 minute walk/5 minute drive to Light Rail. Located close to standard restaurants. No outside traffic/noise.

The breakfast area looked to be spacious, clean and easily accessible.

When the hotel's shuttle was unavailable, the front desk staff arranged Ubers for several guests, then arranged for another hotel's shuttle to take us to the airport before 6am. They were committed to keeping us on schedule for a great vacation.

The shuttle was there within ten minutes, easy check in, friendly and helpful staff. The room was very comfortable, soft sheets and comfy pillows. Breakfast was the usual hotel fare but a step up from other hotels of similar status.
